Unexpected Surprise!

This rustic shelf has been on my wish list for quite some time. I was surprised Christmas morning when my husband carried it in after our son opened all of his gifts. Because I did not expect this gift it brought tears to my eyes. This exact color shown in the picture is hanging above the couch in our living room. The Long Horn Shelf adds warmth and character to our southwestern living space. All of our other furniture is southwestern; however I have a rustic craftsman dining hutch at the back of the room. I had requested that the shelf match this hutch. The color is Jacobean and it matches perfect. I don't have to say anymore I am very happy with my new shelf. I would also recommend this rustic shelf over a fireplace. The sales staff and cad specialist at Mantels of Yesteryear helped us create our own unique carving which you see known as "The Long Horn".
